Uploading | Can I upload?
Yes - in general you can use the APNK PCs and wifi to upload various files to the internet.
Examples of uploading
- Upload photos to Bebo / Facebook / MySpace
- Upload photos to Flickr / Google Picasa
- Upload files to *some* filehosting sites (sites that haven't been blocked for inappropriate content)
- Upload video to YouTube
- Upload content to Kete
Restrictions
Things to think about
- Consider the size of the file you are uploading - the smaller the file size the quicker it will take to upload
- Consider uploading only 1 or 2 files at one time
- Laptop users - third-party utilities such as FlickrUploadr will not work on our network - you need to use the web browser option, eg Internet Explorer and Firefox to upload your files
