Printing - info for staff | Why won't it print?

Info for staff
Everything looks okay - but it won't print?
Try turning the printer off and on, depending on model printer the POWER Button is located ...
- P2015 - right side at the back
- P2055 - front bottom right
Everything looks okay but the error light is flashing?
Try adjusting the paper in the paper tray
- pull the tray completely out
- adjust the back lever so the paper is lying flush (the paper tray should stick out at the back of the printer - so allow room for this)
- put tray back in printer
- press the "GO" button (green/blue) button on the printer
