Printing | other steps if it won't print
Here are some suggestions if the document you are trying to print doesn't print.
Firsty - you or a staff member may need to clear the problem print job from the printer's queue
- to delete the print job press the button with an X on the printer
(note - you may also need to turn the printer off and of if it doesn't continue to print)
- OR - to continue to print after an error press the Green button, or OK button on the printer
Change Printer Preference settings and try printing the document again
- eg in Excel
- Office Button
- Print
- Printer Properties button
- Advanced tab
- Under Document Options | Advanced Printing Features = change to DISABLED
- Under Document Options | Print Optimizations = change to DISABLED
- Okay, and try printing.
For Exel Spreadsheets
- set the print area before printing, to do this
- select the columns and rows you wish to print using the mouse
- select Page Layout tab
- select Print Area button
- set Print Area
PDF it
- If you are still having problems printing the file try PDF'ing it, then printing
