Memory Card | How can I use it?
To plug your memory card into the internal memory card reader located at the front (left) of the APNK computers try this -
- Do you know what type of memory card you have (it may be printed on it) eg. Compact Flash or SD?
- Note that the memory card slots at the front of the computer have written what type of cards work in them along the top of the slot
- Note where the "pin holes" or metal connectors are on the memory card - they go to the back
- When you put the card in it won't go in all the way, but a green light will come on to indicate it is successfully inserted
- Usually a pop up window opens displaying the contents of your memory card, it will be a drive letter eg F:\ G:\ H:\ I:\ or J:\
- You can also open My Computer and navigate to the removable drives (letters as noted above) to find your memory card files.
