Feedback | How to report a fault?

If you experience technical problems with the APNK computers or wifi please talk to a library staff member.  If library staff cannot resolve the problem they can contact APNK support as appropriate.

For example you should talk to a library staff member if -

  • a website is incorrectly blocked
  • you can't print
  • you are unable to find your files on your USB drive, CD or memory card
