Email | Why am I having problems printing my email?
APNK recommends that when you print your email (eg from Yahoo Xtra, Gmail, Hotmail, etc) you
- DO NOT USE the Print button in Internet Explorer or Firefox's toolbar
- USE the Printer icon displayed in your email's toolbar instead
Known issue: Internet Explorer crashes when printing from Yahoo Mail
Workarounds
- Use Firefox (another Web Browser installed on the APNK public computers)
- Change your Yahoo Mail from Classic to the "new look" (Yahoo button on the right side of your email, once logged in)
